History

Baybay City Senior High School (BCSHS) is a public school. Its classes started on the year 2016. It is located at 30 de Deciembre St. Baybay City Leyte.

Grade 11 students borrowed first a rooms in Baybay National High School because the baybay stand alone building was not yet finished.
On October 2016, grade 11 students except the TVL students, transferred at Baybay Stand Alone's first Building but there are no facilities like chairs and students just bring their own chairs. And some are just sitting on the floor.
 Days have passed when the new chairs/stock of chairs have arrived.

Months have passed when the second building was done. And the TVL students transferred there.But still, there was no Electricity/Electric Current to be use.

First & Second B

Days and months have passed again, and there are events that already made or happened. These events are the first ever that happened in BCSHS. And most of the students or teachers are excited, happy and enjoyed for they are the first bach to experience this events. Some of these events are:

• acquaintance party
• intramurals
• christmas party
• honors program for the first semester
• research defense
• and others

Other equipment/facilities that are available for the students and teachers in BCSHS are:

• Computer laboratory 
• Other Crop Production Tools
• Canteen
• Comfort Rooms (CR)                     

The offerings in BCSHS are:

• STEM       (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
• ABM         (Accountancy, Business and Management)
• HUMSS   (Humanities, Social Science)
• GAS          (General Academic Strand)
